Refund Policy
At Al-Farghaly,
we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their unit purchase, the following refund policy applies:
A deduction of 10% will be applied to the total unit value.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the transaction.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by our team.
The project will be delivered 4 years after the date of contract signing.
